Below is a list of Technical FAQs, as well as technical issues pertaining to Financial Psychology. Please read through the FAQs before contacting FPC for support. If you still have problems, or cannot find the answer to your inquiry, please contact FPC for further help. Thank You.

How do I download Adobe Acrobat so that I can view articles?

Adobe Acrobat allows you to view PDF documents. In order to download Adobe Acrobat, click on the "download" link in the side navigation bar. Click on the Adobe Acrobat Icon.

This will take you to the Adobe website. From here, follow the instructions to download and install the program. After you have installed the program onto your system, you will be able to view all PDF documents found in this website.

 
How do I download Flash Player so that I can view the online CE classes?

Flash Player allows you to view Flash files. In order to download Flash Player, click on the "download" link in the side navigation bar. Click on the Flash Player Icon.

This will take you to the Macromedia website. From here, follow the instructions to download and install the program. After you have installed the program onto your system, you will be able to view all Flash files and online CE classes found in this website.

 
How do I download RealPlayer so that I can view the online CE classes?

RealPlayer allows you to view RealPlayer files. In order to download RealPlayer, click on the "download" link in the side navigation bar. Click on the RealPlayer Icon.

This will take you to the Real website. From here, follow the instructions to download and install the program. After you have installed the program onto your system, you will be able to view all RealPlayer files found in this website.

 
How do I LOGIN to my account?
In order to LOGIN to your account, use the LOGIN area on the side navigation bar. From here, you will be taken to a LOGIN page. Instructions for logging in are listed on this page.
 
I am unable to print out my Moneymax® profiles.

First, make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your system.

If you are able to print out other PDF files, but NOT your Moneymax® profiles, this means we are having technical difficulties. When this problem arises, we are alerted of the situation and are in the process of handling it. Be patient, and try to print your profiles again after a few moments.
